About two years ago, my son’s BMW was hit in a parking lot, and we took it to GLM. The experience was excellent, and the results exceeded our expectations. So, when my car needed the hood repainted due to damage from tree sap, I didn’t hesitate to return to GLM—and once again, they delivered outstanding service.
From the moment I walked in for the estimate, Juan Mermoz, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. I scheduled the repair during a time I would be away on vacation with limited phone access, but Juan kept me informed every step of the way via email. While repainting a hood might seem simple, my car has been modified with upgrades to the front bumper and spoiler, making the job more complex. The team went above and beyond—during disassembly, they noticed some undercarriage splash guards that needed replacing. They could have easily overlooked it, but instead, they contacted me, sourced the necessary parts, and ensured everything was done correctly.
Reassembling the front end of my car wasn’t easy, but they took the time to ensure everything aligned perfectly. When I picked up the car, I expected to be charged extra for the additional labor, but I was only asked to cover the parts I had approved. That level of integrity is rare.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve owned more cars than I can count and, unfortunately, have had to visit several body shops. While I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve also never felt any absolute loyalty—until now. GLM has earned my trust and my business. I hope I won’t need bodywork anytime soon, but if I do, there’s no question I’ll be returning to Juan and the GLM team.

Does my insurance adjuster need to inspect the car first?
No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?
