GLA Alpharetta is EXCELLENT! I've worked with a number of auto body shops over 30+ years, and GLA is by far my best experience. They provide exceptional customer service, fair pricing, and their work is impeccable. GLA performed paint and body work on my Range Rover Sport, which is flawless. My experience with Christian and Syrus exceeded my expectations in every way, they truly care about doing quality work, and I can't recommend highly enough! 5-Stars for sure!

GLA did an excellent job of painting the hood and cleaning the headlights of my older lexus sedan. They detailed my car inside and out also. I couldn't be more satisfied with their work and the staff is very nice and courteous. I highly recommend them for auto painting.

I can not ask for anything better. My experience with GLA is the best ever. I took my BMW X5 for front collision repair. I was extremely happy with their reception, friendliness, communication and quality work. Their work on my car was complete in every aspect. Outstanding workmanship and customer service from start to finish. Syrus, Melvin, and Juan were all courteous, professional, and excellent communicators.
I brought in my 3½-year-old Land Rover Defender, which gets plenty of use carrying two little kids and keeping up with the demands of running a landscaping company. They replaced a panel, matched the paint perfectly, and buffed the vehicle beautifully. The results exceeded my expectations.
They encountered an unexpected issue while replacing the panel, but managed to get the additional part in time and still met the original promised deadline. Throughout the process, I received updates by email and text, so I always knew what was happening. That level of communication makes a huge difference.
The price was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was exceptional. Seeing a McLaren inside the shop gave me confidence walking in, but the care they put into my own vehicle is what truly earned my recommendation.
Thank you to Syria, Melvin, Juan, and the team behind the scenes. Highly recommend!

The guys at GLA exceeded my expectations. First they were very friendly and easy to talk with. I went to a couple other shops on an insurance claim. Those shops turned me down because I have an interlock device; an alcohol blow suppressant on my car. They didn’t want any problems with it. I informed GLA about the interlock and they were like, ‘No Problem. We got ya’… They made everything so easy; including a rental car. And the work..? Oh My God!! They straight up restored the front end and a couple side panels back to factory newness. It looks so good! These guys are the best in Alpharetta!!

GLA was unknown to me. No one recommended them. I just read their reviews and took a chance based on what Cyrus promised to do to fix the damage to my 2019 Acura MDX. I was concerned how long it would take, since I didn't have access to another car. But, Cyrus promised me a loaner and delivered on that.
Four days later when I came to pick up my Acura, I was pleasantly surprised. The repair was done satisfactorily and looked beautiful.
I would recommend GLA to anyone looking for a great Body Repair

I am a State Farm customer and recently had a couple of claims that needed to be handled. State Farm provided me with a list of repair shops, and after reading the reviews, I chose GLA Alpharetta because of its excellent ratings—and now I completely understand why it is so highly recommended.
From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful Zachary and David have an amaizing customer service. Since this was my first time going through an insurance claim and repair process, they took the time to guide me through everything. They explained what the insurance company would cover, showed me the areas of damage, and gave me a clear estimate of the repair timeline.
Their timeline was extremely accurate. In fact, they completed the repairs one day earlier than expected. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about the progress of the work, which made everything much easier and less stressful.
There were no hidden costs, unexpected charges, or unpleasant surprises. Everything was transparent and straightforward from beginning to end. They simply focused on what they do best: taking excellent care of your vehicle.
They also work conveniently with the Enterprise location down the street, so Enterprise was able to pick me up without any difficulty while my vehicle was being repaired.
I highly recommend GLA. When choosing an automotive repair shop through your insurance company, take the time to research the options and read the reviews. I must admit that I was honestly surprised at how good this bumper repair/repaint job was. In fact it was 60% less than another 2 repair shops on Alpharetta Highway. My 2017 Audi Q5 2.0T cane out looking “NEW”! Juan & Cirus were exceptionally professional. I received constant updates on the progress. I wish I could also thank the Hard Workers in the back - never seen - the ones that make magic happen! So Juan/Cirus - please do that for me!

I recently had my 2019 Mercedes CLS450 repaired at Georgia Luxury Automotive in Alpharetta and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything and kept me updated throughout the process.
When I picked up the car I was genuinely impressed. The finish, the paint match, and the overall quality of the work were outstanding. My CLS450 actually looks better than it did before the accident. You can tell these guys really understand craftsmanship and take pride in the details.
It is not always easy to find a shop you can trust with a high end vehicle, but the team at GLA Alpharetta absolutely delivered. If you are in the Alpharetta area and want your car repaired the right way, I would highly recommend them.

These folks repaired my Range Rover Sport to like new condition after an unfortunate fender bender AND they completed the repair days before they estimated. Not to mention they are just good people that clearly love what they do. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends (even though I pray none of them have a need for their service). About two years ago, my son’s BMW was hit in a parking lot, and we took it to GLM. The experience was excellent, and the results exceeded our expectations. So, when my car needed the hood repainted due to damage from tree sap, I didn’t hesitate to return to GLM—and once again, they delivered outstanding service.
From the moment I walked in for the estimate, Juan Mermoz, the manager, was a pleasure to work with. I scheduled the repair during a time I would be away on vacation with limited phone access, but Juan kept me informed every step of the way via email. While repainting a hood might seem simple, my car has been modified with upgrades to the front bumper and spoiler, making the job more complex. The team went above and beyond—during disassembly, they noticed some undercarriage splash guards that needed replacing. They could have easily overlooked it, but instead, they contacted me, sourced the necessary parts, and ensured everything was done correctly.
Reassembling the front end of my car wasn’t easy, but they took the time to ensure everything aligned perfectly. When I picked up the car, I expected to be charged extra for the additional labor, but I was only asked to cover the parts I had approved. That level of integrity is rare.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve owned more cars than I can count and, unfortunately, have had to visit several body shops. While I’ve never had a bad experience, I’ve also never felt any absolute loyalty—until now. GLM has earned my trust and my business. I hope I won’t need bodywork anytime soon, but if I do, there’s no question I’ll be returning to Juan and the GLM team.

No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
