I had a wonderful experience with Georgia Luxury Automotive after bringing my car in for collision repair! They took incredible care of my vehicle from start to finish. The team constantly kept me updated with phone calls and messages regarding the progress, and they even managed to complete the work a few days early! When I picked it up, my car looked brand new and was completely clean inside and out. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and reassuring throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair!

George luxury automotive took very good care of me. My car was in an accident. They made sure that I was updated all the time with all updates. They also made sure that my car was detailed when I came to pick it up which I really really thanked them for and they’re just all around good body shop. If you have any work that needs to be done. I am thankful for them and I’m glad that I went with them.

In August of this year , I was involved in car accident and chose GLA on Askew Way in Smyrna to repair my vehicle . I have relied on this company in the past year and a half to service my car and was very pleased with Mark Wagar and the technicians there because my car has always been serviced to my satisfaction. Mark is kind and professional and knowledgeable about cars and has helped me a lot when I needed services done on my car.
As a result of this , I decided that I would allow GLA Collision department to complete the necessary repairs from my car accident . Amanda was the person who oversaw the repairs in the Collision department and I was very satisfied with the final results. I had to have several things completed and so far I have been very pleased with the outcome Amanda has been very supportive and knowledgeable and professional in making sure my car was completely repaired. She also was very caring about me and made sure I was able to get a car rental set up for me and took care of all the needs I had until the car was completely repaired . Whether you are getting a car serviced or in need of getting car repaired as a result of an accident etc. I highly recommend GLA to complete the job. I am satisfied and I trust you will be as well!!

I am extremely impressed with Georgia Luxury Automotive! They did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle. I dropped my car off on the 13th, and by the 22nd, it was ready. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely brand new—as if nothing had ever happened.
The entire experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of everyone on the team.

Service was phenomenal before I stepped foot to the establishment. They communicated with me from start to finish. To my surprise, my engine looked better than it did prior to me dropping it off. I have a 2013 and my engine has the appearance of a 2026...no kidding. The atmosphere and staff alleviated all of my stress. There were adjustments made in which Mark and staff worked diligently to complete without hesitation. I have experienced encounters with my cars and my son’s car. Each time I have taken them to GLA who has repaired my car as good as new. My experiences with GLA has been pleasant and the front desk staff has made sure to interact with me each time I came into their office. Customer service and the tech team are amazing and if you are in need of body repair for your vehicle, Georgia Luxury Automotive (GLA) is my recommended way to go. The turnaround on your vehicle I know varies but isn’t more than two and a half weeks before it is ready, good as new.

Exceptional Service, Clean Facility & Fast Turnaround — Highly Recommend!
I cannot say enough great things about GLA Auto! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed — the facility was immaculate, and yes, even the bathrooms were spotless. That level of attention to cleanliness tells you everything you need to know about how they run their operation.
The staff was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They got me in and out efficiently, and were able to source and order my custom (and yes, high-end!) tires in record time. No runaround, no delays — just results.
While their pricing is competitive, their customer service? There is absolutely no competition. Great customer service here. Communication is everything and I was informed about expectations every step of the way. Speedy service because I was thinking to repair my vehicle would take about 2 weeks. I was wrong, I received a call the next week to pick up my vehicle. Then once I arrived my car looked brand new plus they did detailed cleaning. I’m glad my vehicle was in good hands here. Hopefully I will not come back lol but just in case I need repairs this is my new go to.

This is the hands down best shop. Some one hit my car and they handled everything, From the insurance to the actual car. They fixed my car in a timely manner and even gave me a car to drive until I got a rental from enterprise. Great shop and customer service excellent. | 100% recommend. They even cleaned my car and washed it.

I am giving GLA 5 stars mostly because of the quality of work done. My car was in their shop for almost a month and half and it was worth the wait. Delays in parts mixups, delivery periods, and issues diagnosing electronics were the reason. Their workmanship and expertise was excellent. One definite improvement would be in communications. For several days I wasn’t sure when my car would be ready and followup calls were never returned. Regardless, I would definitely take my car back here for repairs.

Georgia Luxury Automotive Shop is great place to take your car if you had been in accident and filing an insurance claim. They have excellent staff who are courteous and friendly when you come in. They offer to have you a ride to rental place to get your car the same day. My experience was great and they send text to inform you about what's being done to your car daily. I would recommend them to all my friends about their fast and professional service.

Had a great experience with GLA in Smyrna for a door dent on my brand new car
They communicated well, dealt directly with my insurance, and did incredible work! It looks back to brand new
I also was sent home with extra touch-up paint for any future dings.
Bonus: they fully detailed my car before I picked it up. I don’t know that was part of the service so it was a nice surprise

My car was damaged in a wreck, and this shop was one of the repair options recommended by my insurance company. I decided to go with them and I’m very glad I did. The car looks even better than it did before the accident, and it was ready ahead of schedule. The front office staff was also really friendly and professional. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but if you’re looking for quality work and great service, I recommend them.

Have to go out of the way to give GLA a massive kudos for their service and communication. I believe it was Amanda and her daughter working in the office when I took my car in – incredibly kind and patient. They got me set up with a loaner car and did their best to help resolve any issue or question I had. Thank you so much! Not to mention, my car was given back in mint condition.

Staff were friendly, informative and professional. The work that I had done was the best I ever saw. They detailed my car after and even that was professional. T me it looks better than before my accident. You cannot find where the damage was so definitely a 5 star job. I will definitely use them again.

No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?
