My car got hit pretty badly in a rear-end collision. When I first called, Diana was super patient and warm. She thoroughly answered all my questions and walked me through the process. They were also very efficient in repairing my car.

Just had the AC Condenser fixed in this shop and I'm so lucky to have chosen them, they are the best!
1) if you can only drop off your car when they are closed, they allow you to do it! you leave your car and key, information and the best part is that your key goes in an envelope INSIDE the office so you have peace of mind that your car and belongings will be secured.
2) they finished my car in 1 day, that's AMAZING! They won't keep your car standing there for days, they literally took 1 day!
3) when I picked up my car it was washed, VACUUMED and smelling incredible!
I totally recommend this place 10/10!

One of the worst experiences in life is having an auto accident. The nightmare seems neverending, dealing with the insurance companies, being without your car for what seems like forever, worrying if your car will ever truly be right again.
Choosing who is going to do the repairs is often the most critical decision of the entire process....picking the wrong company can lead to poor workmanship, ignored remaining issues, MUCH longer repair times, and eventually to disagreements between the insurance companies, the repair shop and the car owner, which often never truly get resolved.
After my experience with Georgia Luxury Automotive Lively, I can genuinely say that you should not go anywhere else after an auto accident. The people, the process, the quality of workmanship, the follow-up, the communication, everything was second to none. Every step of the way, we were made to feel at ease, like we were being dealt with honestly, and like we were their most important customer. We were kept abreast of what was going on sometimes multiple times a day, in real time, and with important, non-spam data that actually mattered.
Special mention should be made of Diana, our customer service representative. We have NEVER been more impressed with any employee of any company we have ever dealt with. She shepherded everything from the beginning to the end professionally, accurately and personably. Brilliant job Diana.
Now we understand why several insurance companies have Georgia Luxury Automotive Lively at the top of their recommended list. Because they are the best.

State Farm recently had me take my car to this location for body repairs and they did a fantastic job. I waited for a State Farm survey, and never recieved it so I decided to leave a review on here. I really want to highlight Diana and Carter. They were both very professional and attentive to my situation. Diana, was thorough in her communication with me regarding the status and time of the car repairs. Carter was thorough in discussing the damages with me. My car was very clean when I picked it it up. I would recommend this this shop to my friends and family. I was satisfied with my experience.

GLA (specifically the one on Lively) is a wonderful place to take your vehicle if needed. I was recommended by Progressive and the team and Diana (who is AMAZING!!!) walked me through the process with care and compassion. It was so simple and I was provided clear updates and communication whenever needed - even without having to specifically ask! The team here treated me with the respect I deserve and I recommend them wholeheartedly! 😁

Georgia Luxury Automotive provided an excellent experience from start to finish. They repaired my car in a timely manner and actually had it ready before the estimated completion date, which I truly appreciated. The entire process was smooth from drop-off to pick-up. My car was fixed a week I think before the deadline they gave me. It also looks pristine if it's possible my back up camera looks even more clear than before. I also got almost daily text updates about the status of my car. I would definitely recommend to whoever needs any car repairs!

I had questions about some past work I had done. Both the young lady I spoke with over the phone and the gentleman that took a look at my car were extremely polite and professional. Although my issue was unrelated to the repair they did he took time to research some possible solutions and gave helpful insight.

I recently reopened my claim with insurance and they set me an appointment at GLA 2 a week later and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I dropped my car off this Monday and it was fixed and picked up today, Friday, the same week. The work is flawless and they were super super fast! Does my insurance adjuster need to inspect the car first?
No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?

How long will the repairs take?
Each repair is different, depending on the damage. After inspecting your vehicle, we’ll give you a repair timeline and keep you updated through the process.
How do I get a rental car?
If your insurance includes rental coverage, call your provider to reserve a vehicle.
GLA partners with Enterprise and Hertz — they’ll pick you up when you drop off your car.
