Everything was good in the beginning until a little over a year(after warranty) paint chips in areas you wouldn’t expect chips from there’s bubble spots that are now flaking off got a new headlight and my originals clear coat looks better then the new headlight
My car was fixed a week I think before the deadline they gave me. It also looks pristine if it's possible my back up camera looks even more clear than before. I also got almost daily text updates about the status of my car. I would definitely recommend to whoever needs any car repairs!
I had questions about some past work I had done. Both the young lady I spoke with over the phone and the gentleman that took a look at my car were extremely polite and professional. Although my issue was unrelated to the repair they did he took time to research some possible solutions and gave helpful insight.

I recently reopened my claim with insurance and they set me an appointment at GLA 2 a week later and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I dropped my car off this Monday and it was fixed and picked up today, Friday, the same week. The work is flawless and they were super super fast! All the staff is super helpful and kind! 5/5 stars all the way!

No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?

If your insurance includes rental coverage, call your provider to reserve a vehicle.
