Shellee was absolutely amazing! She kept me updated on my vehicle and its repairs every step of the way, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. The team in the back did an outstanding job. My car looks brand new again, and they finished everything in just 10 days. The rental car process was also effortless, with the rental company dropping the car off at the shop and picking it up when my repairs were done. First, let me shout out Russell, the manager – he’s not just attentive, he genuinely cares about his customers. You can feel his big heart in the way he ensures everything is done right and goes above and beyond to make the experience seamless.

The Body Shop team? Phenomenal. They did an excellent job on my vehicle yet again – it looks brand new, and the attention to detail is unmatched.

And I can’t forget Mrs. Shellee at the front desk – she is an absolute gem! She’s not only swift and on top of everything, but she’s also incredibly sweet, pleasant, and approachable. Honestly, she makes you feel welcome the second you walk through the door.

If you’re looking for a place that treats your car like their own and delivers luxury-level customer service, Georgia Luxury Automotive is the only name you need to know.

I Came Back And It Was Worse....

The first time they omitted a part of my repairs.

I came back to confirm that those parts had to be fixed but they did everything wrong in a bad way reluctantly, they didn’t want to do it, but they charged the insurer 5,252.43 dollars I think with that I buy another car, I told the “workshop manager” that I didn’t like his work because there were several imperfections since they had only painted the outside of the piece and he didn’t like my claim, he told me what that blow was old and left me talking to myself.... Ohhh and they charged new stickers that they didn’t install on my car, just to inflate the price....

I really don’t know how they have so many good reviews

And please don’t call me to tell me or the insurer to remove my comment, as you did last time do your job well if you charge dearly, your work must be impeccable….

I’ve had two car accidents in the past 5 years (not my fault), and both times my car was wonderfully repaired at this shop. I would recommend them to anyone. They do quality work, provide excellent communication, and seem to have a great team culture and comraderie. Tell Sam and Bluey I said hello if you visit their office.

Luxury automotive group does an amazing auto repair service. My car looks like it's brand new. They finished my car ahead of the estimated time given. I am sure because part ordered came in early. Shellee the front office manager is awesome to work with.
She is very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the process.
My bad. But they have repaired my car to look like new. Twice in 14 months . Highly recommended Luxury automotive group. Jim l.

Very happy that I chose Georgia Luxury Automotive to repair my vehicle. I had only had it for 2 weeks when someone ran into me. The GLA staff were all very professional and completed the job a week before what was estimated. Miss Shellee has been so great in keeping me updated with the progress via texts and notifications. Georgia Automotive was thorough and professional! They do a great job, especially when you need help navigating complicated insurance claims! They were communicative and responsive to all my concerns. Garrett was patient and easy to reach when I had questions. Shellie in the front office helped me get and return my rental car super easy, and was so nice and helpful when I was so stressed from my accident. I hope to never have to go back, but if I do get in another accident, I’ll definitely take my car here again!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Shellee and Ruslan are simply phenomenal. Not only did they return my car to mint condition once but twice. Always super communicative, fairly priced and do a great job. This shop deserves all the business.
