Highly commendable for status updates throughout the process. However, I read that car would be cleaned prior to return and car was not. Dirty paper mat and countless dirty fingerprints inside and out. Highly disappointed in the aspect of the service.
This is the hands down best shop. Some one hit my car and they handled everything, From the insurance to the actual car. They fixed my car in a timely manner and even gave me a car to drive until I got a rental from enterprise. Great shop and customer service excellent. | 100% recommend. They even cleaned my car and washed it.
I am giving GLA 5 stars mostly because of the quality of work done. My car was in their shop for almost a month and half and it was worth the wait. Delays in parts mixups, delivery periods, and issues diagnosing electronics were the reason. Their workmanship and expertise was excellent. One definite improvement would be in communications. For several days I wasn’t sure when my car would be ready and followup calls were never returned. Regardless, I would definitely take my car back here for repairs.

Georgia Luxury Automotive Shop is great place to take your car if you had been in accident and filing an insurance claim. They have excellent staff who are courteous and friendly when you come in. They offer to have you a ride to rental place to get your car the same day. My experience was great and they send text to inform you about what's being done to your car daily. I would recommend them to all my friends about their fast and professional service.

They communicated well, dealt directly with my insurance, and did incredible work! It looks back to brand new

My car was damaged in a wreck, and this shop was one of the repair options recommended by my insurance company. I decided to go with them and I’m very glad I did. The car looks even better than it did before the accident, and it was ready ahead of schedule. The front office staff was also really friendly and professional. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but if you’re looking for quality work and great service, I recommend them.

I believe it was Amanda and her daughter working in the office when I took my car in – incredibly kind and patient. Staff were friendly, informative and professional. The work that I had done was the best I ever saw. They detailed my car after and even that was professional. T me it looks better than before my accident. You cannot find where the damage was so definitely a 5 star job. I will definitely use them again.

No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?
