To start with, communication from Georgia Luxury Concord was exceptional for its transparency and honesty. Even a small mistake was owned with honesty, and fixed completely by the time I picked up my car. The work done on my car was also exceptional. Panel lines are straight, gaps between hood and fender are perfect, paint is perfect. I couldn’t be happier, and I wont go to anyone else for vehicle repairs, period. Thank you!!

Great customer service, was updated throughout the process. Not sure why people have put bad reviews but I’ve had great experience with GLA team. The techs had good feedback on stuff I had concerns not related to the accident. The manager Matt was very professional with communication.

Yessy was amazing with quick and prompt communications! Once I arrived initially on the first day, she was quick to notify the Enterprise team to come pick me up. I barely sat around, waiting for them. It was so nice to feel like things were moving along quickly versus having to wait around.
I was really impressed how quickly their team knocked it out my repairs! Again quick communicated to come pick up my car!

I had a great experience at Georgia Luxury Automotive after my car was hit by another driver. Yessy and Cyrus were extremely helpful throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled professionally and smoothly.
The bumper repair was done quickly and the car looked great when I got it back. When I noticed a small issue afterward, they were responsive and willing to take care of it, which really shows they stand behind their work.

Does my insurance adjuster need to inspect the car first?
No, they don’t. You can bring your car straight to GLA, and the adjuster can complete their review at our shop. We work closely with most major insurance providers and manage the coordination for you.
Do I need multiple estimates for my insurance company?
No. GLA is pre-approved by many insurance companies. One estimate is usually enough. When you file your claim, just ask if GLA is in-network — then book your appointment with us.
What can I expect when I bring my vehicle to GLA?

If your insurance includes rental coverage, call your provider to reserve a vehicle.
GLA partners with Enterprise and Hertz — they’ll pick you up when you drop off your car.
